TWINS AND SEPARATE CONSCIOUSNESS. As a twin, I think I may be more conscious of the mystery that I cannot enter the consciousness of other people. I remember lying on the grass with my brother and another boy on a warm day in first grade, and looking at the sky and being very aware of the mystery.
